Australian embassy in Manila has an agreement with  the Service Delivery Partner, VFS Global to provide Australian visa lodgement services.

You can lodge your application in person or courier at one of the Australian Visa Application Centres(AVACs) in Manila or Cebu. The Australian Visa Application Centre charges a fee with each application lodged.
