Why do we  charge initial assessment and consultation fees?

Free Advice Is Usually Worth What You Pay For It!

We  do receive thousands of requests per year for information about Australian visa, eligibility and strategies for Australian visa. We  receive around 30 requests per day, which is equivalent to 365 days x 30 = 10950 requests per year.

If we  answer 20 emails per day spending 30 minutes on each case, we will need 10 working hours per day answering all these emails with details about the Australian visa, eligibility and strategies for Australian visa.

Our consultant  cannot spend 10 working hours per day providing free advice.   Hence, we  need to short-list the candidates, who are genuinely interested in Australian migration and who would most likely use our services to pursue their migration plan.

Consultation Services and fees:

  • The initial assessment and consultation will help you to understand the process for Australian migration, any issues in achieving this goal and will give an opportunity to decide whether you would like to use my services for your migration purposes. There is no obligation for you to use our services to apply for Australian visa.

We offer three different services for our consultation stage (please note that these fees will be deducted from our total fees if you decide to proceed further with the visa application process):

  1. Assessment and Written Summary: A$250

    • We will assess your situation and provide a written summary (several pages providing key points to achieve your Australian Visa; If you are not eligible or if it would be difficult to get through, the report will highlight the key issues. This will help you to save money if you are not eligible or if it is difficult to get through. Several clients have saved 1000’s of dollars through this process.)
    • Once you pay the fees, I will assess your profile and send you an email explaining the key points/issues for the Australian visa.
    • If you would like to proceed to the next stage, you can have a phone consultation with our consultant to discuss your case.
  1. Phone or Skype consultation with Dr. Anna: A$300

    • Following the written report, you can have phone consultation with Dr. Anna to discuss your case. give a call to discuss the points and clarify all doubts that you may have regarding the process. The phone call can last up to one hour to 90 minutes depending on your case and doubts that you may have.
    • It will also give me an opportunity to decide whether I would like to take the case for further processing (if you are interested to proceed further at some stage).
      • Sometimes, during the consultation stage, we may find some key issues about the candidates, which would make it difficult to take them as our clients.
      • For example, some candidates would indicate that they do not have a degree and they will get bogus degree certificate to submit to the Department. We will have no other option except to reject these candidates as we will not be submitting bogus or fraudulent documents to the Department.
      • In one case, the candidate had around 8 years of work experience in 4 different companies. As it would be difficult to get the reference letters from 4 companies, he insisted that he will get one experience letter for the entire 8 years from a close friend, who has his own company. We refused to accept him as our client.
  1. Follow up questions – Dr. Anna: A$250 for up to 10 questions

    • Following the phone call, if you need to ask any further questions regarding your case, you can send us your follow up questions. You will need to pay A$250 for up to 10 follow up questions.

If you select two or three of the above services, you will be able to save some fees.

  • Assessment and Written Summary + Follow up questions: A$300 (Save $200)

  • Assessment and Written Summary + Phone call: A$325 (Save $225)

  • Assessment and Written Summary + Phone call + Follow up questions: A$350 (Save $450)

Payment methods:

Visa Help Australia Pty Ltd accepts payments via the following means:

  • Bank transfer.
  • Bank Draft or Cheque, made out in Australian Dollars to ‘Visa Help Australia Pty Ltd Clients  account’
  • Credit or Debit card with Visa or Master Symbol (2.65% Credit card surcharge to eWay will be paid by Visa Help Australia).
